These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and website access provided by BareIvory LLC, doing business as BareIvory (“BareIvory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only. BareIvory LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice. Use of this website does not guarantee service availability or appointment confirmation.

Age & Consent

BareIvory LLC provides services to clients of all ages. While there is no legal age requirement for hair removal services, clients under the age of sixteen (16) are strongly encouraged to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their first appointment. By booking, the client (or guardian) confirms consent to receive services.

Booking Agreement

Submitting an appointment request constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all BareIvory LLC Terms & Policies. Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed. BareIvory LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion for safety, hygiene, or professional reasons.

Health Disclosure & Safety

Clients are required to complete all intake forms accurately and truthfully. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns may result in service modification or refusal.

BareIvory LLC reserves the right to deny or discontinue services if a client presents with conditions that may compromise safety, hygiene, or treatment outcomes. In such cases, booking fees may be forfeited unless the omission was clearly unintentional and reviewed at BareIvory LLC’s discretion.

Services may be modified or declined for clients using blood-thinning medications or presenting contraindications.

Before & Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all before-and-aftercare instructions provided by BareIvory LLC. Instructions are available via the Care & FAQ section and through service-specific guidance.

BareIvory LLC is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from undisclosed conditions.

Payments & Booking Fees

A fifty percent (50%) booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward the service total and is non-refundable.

In the rare event BareIvory LLC must cancel an appointment, the booking fee will be fully refunded through the original payment method.

Results Disclaimer

All services are performed with professional care and expertise; however, results vary based on individual skin type, medical history, adherence to aftercare, and other factors. BareIvory LLC does not guarantee specific results.

Refusal of Service

BareIvory LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or conduct that compromises safety or professionalism. Services may be immediately refused or terminated without refund, and future booking privileges may be revoked.

Corrections & Satisfaction

Clients experiencing concerns with a service outcome must contact BareIvory LLC within two (2) days of their appointment to be considered for a complimentary correction. Corrections do not include refunds or partial refunds and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

BareIvory LLC is not liable for adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or individual skin responses. Services are provided “as is,” and clients assume all inherent risks associated with cosmetic and esthetic treatments.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, imagery, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of BareIvory LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
