Studio Policies
The following policies are established to protect reserved appointment time, service integrity, and the experience of all clients. By booking an appointment with BareIvory LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below.
Appointment-Only Studio
BareIvory operates as a private, appointment-only studio. Walk-ins are not accepted. Exact location details are provided upon confirmed booking.
Booking Fee
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to reserve appointment time and is applied toward the total service balance.
Booking fees compensate for reserved time and are non-transferable.
Booking fees are forfeited in cases of cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-shows as outlined below.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Each appointment may be rescheduled once using the original booking fee.
• The booking fee remains valid for 30 days from the original appointment date.
• Additional rescheduling requires a new booking fee.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are treated as cancellations and result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
If the system does not allow you to reschedule, you are outside the permitted window.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to cancel an appointment at any time, the booking fee is forfeited.
Cancellation does not transfer or preserve the booking fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in permanent booking restrictions.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule if the delay impacts service quality or subsequent appointments.
Late arrivals are subject to the standard rescheduling policy.
Menstrual Cycle Policy
Waxing services can safely be performed during menstruation when proper sanitary protection (tampon or menstrual disc/cup) is worn.
Clients who prefer not to receive services during their cycle are expected to schedule accordingly.
Menstrual cycle–related cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Personal scheduling conflicts — including menstruation, irregular cycles, discomfort, or unexpected onset — do not override the 24-hour rescheduling policy.
Clients with irregular cycles are advised to:
• Book appointments immediately following their cycle
• Utilize same-day appointments when available
Same-day appointments are permitted but remain strictly subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Payment Methods
Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

Tap to Pay • Cash App • Apple Pay • Google Pay • Visa • Mastercard • American Express • Discover • JCB • Cash (USD only, exact change required)
All digital and card payments are securely processed through Square.
Photo identification is required for all card transactions. The name on the ID must match the payment method.
Appointment Modifications
Downgrades are not permitted once an appointment is booked. Clients are responsible for the originally reserved service due to preparation, product allocation, and reserved time.
Upgrades may be accommodated based on availability.
Guest Policy
For privacy, safety, and comfort, additional guests, children, and pets are not permitted.
Health & Contraindications
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and skin concerns during intake.
Services may be modified or declined if contraindications are present. Booking fees may be forfeited if services cannot be performed due to undisclosed information.
Squeeze-In Appointments
Squeeze-in appointments are last-minute accommodations outside standard booking availability.
• Services are charged at standard rates.
• Promotions, discounts, or sales do not apply.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all before-and-aftercare instructions.
BareIvory LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow provided guidance.
Service Satisfaction
Concerns must be reported within two (2) days of the appointment to be considered for a corrective service.
Corrective services do not include refunds or partial refunds and are determined at the sole discretion of BareIvory LLC.
Policy Enforcement
BareIvory LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, restrict future bookings, or modify policies at its discretion.
Policies are subject to change without notice.
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge agreement to all studio policies.
